Products and prices
The products sold on www.majesticwaxworks.co.uk are illustrated by one or more photographs, a descriptive text and a price including tax in pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
The photographs are intended to be faithful as possible to the products but the colours may vary due to using natural Soy wax & from one computer screen to another.

Returns
As a small business we are unable to offer free returns at this stage. However if your product arrives faulty or broken then we will reimburse your postage costs to the maximum of £3.50 once we have received your damaged items back.
If you would like to return something to us then in the first instance please email info@majesticwaxworks.co.uk with your order number, the nature of the complaint and any supporting photographs.
We do NOT accept returns / refunds for:
Sample pots as these are samples of our larger products.
Wax melts that have been used or partially used.
Wax melts that you don’t like the scent of.. Scent is subjective which is why we have a sample range so you can try before purchasing our larger products.
